  • Help desk

    In order to ensure an efficient service, we operate both stationary and mobile. Our Internet and telephone Help Desk is always at the disposal of our clients.
    Also, our service teams operate in the field, and they reach our clients directly in urgent cases.

  • Replacement printer

    In case of a failure of a printer caused by faulty functioning of a Black Point cartridge, we provide repair or replacement of your equipment, and where necessary we also provide a replacement printer (a solution for an institutional user).

  • For partners

    We organize service trainings and workshops for sellers and service staff. We equip our service staff with knowledge and tools which are necessary to perform all the basic service and maintenance operations. Each distributor has access to information on complaints reported and on reliability figures.
