Szczepan Czyczerski

Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Black Point S.A. in the term 2014/2015.

Gruaduate of Wrocław University of Economics and University of Wrocław.

Member of the VFA Programme. Since 2007, he has performed the function of Vice-President of the Management Board of PROFESCAPITAL Sp. z o.o., which is an enterprise specializing in counselling in capital transactions. He has been connected with Black Point S.A. since the company’s début on NewConnect market, for which it serves as an Authorized Adviser and performs the role of Member of the Supervisory Board of Black Point S.A. in the 2012/2013 term. He is a project manager in the scope of public and private capital transactions also for other companies, such as Delko S.A., Rank Progress S.A., Bakalland S.A., SMS Kredyt Holding S.A., Grodno S.A., ATON-HT S.A., IMS S.A., Abak S.A. and AZ.pl Sp. z o.o. Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Abak S.A.

Anna Skałecka

Member of Supervisory Board

Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Black Point S.A. in the term 2014/2015.

Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics, Faculty of Management and IT; specialist in entrepreneurial management. She completed European MBA Studies at Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw and University of Bradford, UK.

She was Vice-President of the Management Board of BLACK POINT S.A. in the years 2007-2013.

She has been involved in BLACK POINT since the beginning of her professional career. She started working at the company as a logistics specialist.

Two years later, she was promoted to logistics manager. In 2004, she was appointed to the Management Board of the company, where she was in charge of back office. She implemented the Lean Thinking concept and overlooked sales processes.

Since 2013, she has been President of the Management Board of Exclusive World Sp. z o.o., which is a company owned by Wafen Inwestment – the main shareholder of Black Point S.A.

 

Jolanta Rycerz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Member of the Supervisory Board of Black Point S.A. in the term 2014/2015.

Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics in finance and banking.  She has cooperated with Black Point since February 2011, when she was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board.

The current term ends on 25 June 2015. Since September 2012, she has been the Director of Sales of Banking and Safety Services at First Data Polska SA.  She is responsible for cooperation with the banking system in the scope of services connected with the area of non-cash payments and for the area of risk, safety and compliance management. Her previous experience with the banking sector: in the years 1999-2005, she performed managerial functions at Bank Handlowy (CitiHandlowy). From 2005 to 2007, she was Managing Director at Getin Bank SA. From 2007 to 2008, she worked as a Board Adviser at PKO BP SA, where she was responsible for implementing a new strategy and sales standards in the bank’s offices, which she later managed as Sales Managing Director. Simultaneously, she performed the function of Member of the Supervisory Board of Kredobank SA in Ukraine. Since July 2008, she has been Managing Director at Allianz Bank SA, and from November 2008 to December 2009 she was a Member of the Management Board of that bank, responsible for building sale structures, marketing, products and development of network of offices. From October 2010 to May 2013, she was the President of the Management Board of World Finance Sp. z o.o.

 

Michał Dubas

Member of Supervisory Board

Graduated from Wrocław University of Economics. Participant in “Change Implementation Program” at Stockholm School of Economics.

Project Manager. Appointed to the Supervisory Board of Black Point since 26 June 2013. The current term ends on 25 June 2015.

Since 2009, he has been responsible for sales in Central and Eastern Europe as part of SSAB group – producer of special and high strength steel. He runs a number of advanced business and development projects with large companies in Poland and neighbouring countries.

Earlier, he worked, among others, at Pilkington concern, which produces flat glass, as quality manager. A Certified Auditor in the leading quality management systems.

 

Leszek Jurasz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Member of the Supervisory Board of Black Point S.A. in the term 2014/2015.

He graduated from Silesian University of Technology and he completed post-graduate studies in management at Silesian University. He completed numerous trainings both in the country and abroad in strategic management, managing in accordance with quality systems, management and organization of production processes, introducing and functioning of a company at a Stock Exchange, public speeches and others.

He started his professional career in 1987 as an electrician, and then as a main electrician at Screws Plant in Żywiec. In the years 1992-1994, he was a co-owner and President of the Management Board of the company Larex. In 1994, he started work at the company Śrubena S.A. in Żywiec, first as Director of Energy Department, then Main Technologist, Computerization Director, Production Director – Member of the Management Board, and then President of the Management Board. In 1999 he became President of the Management BOard of the company Śrubena – Produkcja Sp. z o.o. Since 2000, he has been cooperating with ZETKAMA S.A., in which in the years 2000-2001 he performed the function of Vice-President of the Management Board, and since May 2001 he has been President of the company’s Management Board.

At the same time, in the years 2001-2007 Leszek Jurasz took part in several restructuring and acquisition projects run by Riverside Investment Fund as an Industry Experts, whose role was to assess the legitimacy of undertaken investments, participation in restructuring processes and works in bodies of those entities, both in the country and abroad, including Germany and the Czech Republic.

In addition to that, Leszek Jurasz is the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Śrubena Unia S.A., Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of MCS Sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of Armak Sp. z o.o. Since 2012, he has been President of Polish Industrial Reinforcement Association.
